Cost Segregation

Cost Segregation is the process of identifying personal property assets that are grouped with real property assets, and seperating out personal assets for tax purposes.  The IRS Cost segregation guidelines require a detailed engineering study and analysis to fully qualify for all the available cost segregation tax advantages and benefits.

First Amcorp Management will work WITH your accountant not replace them.  Second, because your accountant DOES NOT TYPICALLY OFFER THESE SERVICES nor do they provide you with the MACRS (Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System) and the accompanying engineering report that is requried.

How do we fund our loans?

Most of the loan products offered by PFA Capital, LLC are closed and funded by us.  Of the loans we fund ourselves we look for plain vanilla mixed use and multi-family deals.  However there will be times when we recommend that we broker the deal to one of our many investors because they offer a better rate or term.

Do we broker loans?

In some circumstances - absolutely.  Understand that if we recommend brokering a deal - IT WILL NOT COST YOU ANYMORE then if we funded the deal ourselves.  Our relationships with our investors provide for the same pricing and product mix as if we closed the loan ourselves.

SBA Preferred Lender Access

PFA has the ability to place your SBA loan with a preferred lender for direct underwriting and approval. Stop wasting time with broker submission and allow us to take you directly to the lender for your SBA loan.
